ADA has been around for 30 years, yet we still see non-complying items even in new construction. Is this a lack of knowledge, or incomplete drawings & specifications, or sloppy construction, OR has the topic become so complex it is difficult to synthesize all relevant information? And many items are extremely technical, yet solutions are best incorporated at the early non-technical design phases.

- Identify typical non-complying items before they get built
- Recognize items to be addressed early for compliant Access later
